NOTE: Service calls are done by priority, a tenant with no hot water will attended to before a tenant with a broken cupboard door. Many times, if you contact us early in the day, we are able to do your service call the same day. Before calling in a service request for air conditioning please check your filter and replace it if it is dirty.
